Adult Mental Health

There is a lot of help and support available for those that are struggling with mental health issues. Your GP is not always the best point of contact to provide help and support. The mental health support team have all the necessary experience to be able to provide the appropriate support. Please see the link below for more information:

You can also refer directly to Health in Mind which is a service that is offering support to adults experiencing mild to moderate anxiety or low mood.

If you have particularly severe difficulties, or if your difficulties have been going on for some time, you should visit your GP so he or she can ensure you get the help you need.
