Patient survey and results

Each year the practice is asked to perform a survey of at least 50 patients for each GP.

Our Patient Forum work with us to draw up questions for the survey. They then undertake the survey, analyse the results and we discuss the results as a group (patients and Practice Manager with one GP representative ). Finally we present this to the whole Practice team.

The surveys are discussed in great detail by the Patients and Practice. The purpose is to improve what we do and how we work together. From these meetings we draw up a series of joint objectives for the year ahead. We review these objectives at our monthly Patient Forum meetings.
