Patient Surveys and Results
Each year the Lighthouse Practice is asked to perform a survey of at least 50 patients for each GP.
The PPG work with the Practice to draw up questions for the Patient Survey. The surveys are both emailed out to patients and are also available in paper format.
The survey results are analysed by PPG members and presented to the PPG Group. The results are discussed by the PPG with additional feedback from the Practice team to see what improvements are possible and can be made. This is presented to the whole Practice team finally resulting in the PPG setting future Joint PPG/Practice objectives for the year ahead. The objectives are taken up by PPG members working with the Practice team. Progress updates on these annual objectives are made to the PPG throughout the year and at the AGM.
