Amanda SayerBA (Hons)Mrs. Amanda Sayer joined the practice in 2004 and is the Business and Managing Partner. Amanda looks after Ian Gow and College Road. Amanda is also a Specialist Adviser for the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Amanda was nominated by our Patient Forum for East Sussex Business Woman of the Year 2014 and she won the award. She works locally and Nationally to promote patient and public involvement in health is also part of many groups which work to put the patients of Eastbourne at the top of the Government's Agenda.

Claire CarterSenior Administration and Operations Manager: Claire joined our team in 2002 and is the Senior Managing responsible for running many aspects of the operational management of the practice. She supports and manages our teams of administrative and support staff on both sites. She works closely with the Executive Team in the practice to help the practice continually develop, innovate and evolve its operational systems and processes to ensure we provide the best service we can. She has a keen interest in sport and nutrition especially CrossFit and this is what she does for enjoyment when she isn't working at the practice.
Katrina BluntAdministration and Operations Manager: Katrina has worked at the practice for many years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge to bring to the smooth running of our administrative teams.

Sister Caroline HowellsSister Caroline joined the practice in 1999 and leads our team of nurses and health care assistants. She is also our diabetic lead nurse. She recently won the Public's Choice award at the Proud to Care Sussex Nursing Awards.

Mikaela KosterMikaela is a Health Care Assistant who joined the practice in 2012. She will be going on Maternity Leave at the end of 2015.
